Paid Volunteer Time- SPS strives to make a positive impact on our communities through service and contributions. One of the ways we do this is by offering our associates paid time off, up to 2 hours per month, to participate in corporate-sponsored volunteer activities.
Leave Donation Program- SPS has a Catastrophic Leave Donation Plan (CLDP) that establishes a mechanism for associates to donate vacation hours to a leave bank to benefit other SPS employees who may be approved to receive donated vacation hours through the CLDP.
Tuition Reimbursement- SPS recognizes that the skills and knowledge of our associates are critical to our success. The tuition reimbursement program encourages personal and professional development through formal education
Wellness Program- Weight Loss Challenges and Fitness Challenges are both part of the Wellness Program at SPS.
