We specialize in the servicing of single-family residential mortgage loans, and have been in business since 1989 with operations in Salt Lake City, Utah and Jacksonville, Florida. What We Do
SPS manages the administration of mortgage accounts on behalf of our clients. This includes customer communication and support in various situations, including: taking payments, resolving issues and assisting customers who may be experiencing financial hardship. Our associates are specialized in handling all aspects of loan servicing, such as: bankruptcy, foreclosure, property taxes and insurance, payoffs and dispute resolution.
