At SPS it is our highest priority to ensure you receive the exceptional service that you deserve,
and that everything is done correctly the first time. Unfortunately, sometimes discrepancies may
still occur. The Consumer Ombudsman Department is here to work with you to research and resolve
these situations.
First-time issues should be directed to the SPS Customer Service Department at 800-258-8602;
however, if you have a complaint or dispute that you feel is unresolved, please contact the
Consumer Ombudsman Department through the following channels:
